Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Rivera specializes in caring for patients with normal and high risk pregnancies, patients with perimenopause and menopause (including premature, surgical, drug induced and natural menopause), urinary incontinence, osteoporosis management and prevention of gynecologic cancers. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Certified Menopause Practitioner since 2008, a Member of the North American Menopause Society, Board Certified in Anti Aging and Metabolic Medicine, Certified in Sport and Weight Loss Nutrition, Clinical Bone Densitometry and Osteoporosis Specialist by the International Society for Clinical Densitometry. He is well versed in the use of Bio Identical Hormones and Hormone Replacement Therapy in addition to natural strategies for Cancer prevention and Menopause management. Dr. Rivera is a medical graduate of the UAG School of Medicine and completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Saint Luke’s Medical Hospital in Puerto Rico. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor degree in Nutritional Sciences from Michigan State University. He is also a member of the Texas Medical Association and Harris County Medical Society.
Dr Jacob Tal was born in Lasi, Romania where he grew up and finished high school. He completed his undergraduate studies at the university of Lyon, France and graduated from Sackler School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Albert Einstein Affiliated Hospitals in New York City. He has extensive training in all areas of the profession and his medical experience extends over many years of private practice. He is also a Certified Menopause Practitioner by NAMS, Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the North American Menopause Society and Texas Medical Association.
Dr. Gabrielle Horvath is a licensed Certified Nurse-Midwife and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice dual degree in Nurse-Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University, New Jersey in May 2018 and practiced as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at a large, Magnet-recognized, level III maternity and neonatal hospital in New Jersey. Before pursuing an advanced degree in nursing, Dr. Horvath obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, North Carolina in May 2015 and worked as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for three years. Her Doctor of Nursing Practice Project focused on addressing provider-level barriers that reduced effective and comprehensive patient contraceptive counseling and assisted providers to make evidence-based clinical decisions that best met the needs and wishes of patients. Dr. Horvath is passionate about family-centered care and strives to deliver exceptional, holistic health care to women and their loved ones. Additionally, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. |
