He scheduled my induction but my baby had different plans and I had to go to the hospital before the date and during a holiday, the Dr. On call was Dr. Pagadala, she arrived to the hospital, asked me how I was feeling, examined me and told me I was already in labor. She was very professional, calm and knowledgable, she explained me the process and made my delivery very easy, quick and painless. Every morning she checked on me until my discharge. I recommend this office. Especially Dr. Rivera, Dr. Pagadala and nurse Vicky.

it's a busy office, the nurses are very friendly with patients coming in, the front desk is very busy, phones are ringing. Some patients were not happy with the pricing as I saw when I was walking out, but I think what they don't realize is that everyone's insurance dictates what contract cost they have to cover for different procedures with this clinic. It is not the office that gives you the price, they verify insurance and give you what the insurance tells them. I had same issue with my insurance with chiropractic doctors. That actually applies to every medicine doctor. But I love this place because they try their best to be friendly and accommodating for patients. I would definitely recommend.

The staff are super nice every time we have been to the office. I find that people posting here are complaining when they owe money. I asked the office and they only collect from you based on what each person's insurance benefits are. Just because someone is trying to collect money, doesn't mean they are rude. That is a hard job to do and I have seen how busy it can be.

i had my well woman examination yesterday with dr.padma pagadala,this is my second visit i highly recommend her. She is one of the best ob gyn i have come across till today. Heard all my concerns and gave me the best solution.she got immense knowledge, she is very professional and caring. we are lucky that she moved to katy.
